Shipping
We ship Daily Drop inside the United States only. Shipping is free. Bottles leave within 2–3 business days and typically arrive in 4–7.
Paid orders get an InnerPaw tracking number on the receipt and at the tracking page. Address is collected on Stripe Checkout. InnerPaw does not compute tax; Stripe Checkout is where tax would be added.
When a package goes wrong
Lost, damaged, or missing bottles: email support@innerhealthresearch.com with your IPW order number. InnerPaw replaces the order or refunds it. You never argue with a carrier over our packaging.
We ship to street addresses in the United States only. PO boxes are not served — use a street address at checkout.
The tracking email
When your box leaves, the email carries your IPW tracking number, the item shipped, and the quantity in the box. Drop that number into the tracking page for live status.
